10. POKEMON
The name Pokémon is the romanized contraction of the Japanese brand Pocket Monsters ,as such contractions are quite common in Japan. The term Pokémon, in addition to referring to the Pokémon franchise itself, also collectively refers to the 649 fictional species that have made appearances in Pokémon media as of the release of the fifth generation titles Pokémon Black 2 and White 2; with the upcoming releases of Pokémon X and Y, 6 new Pokémon have been featured in promotions for the games as of February 28, 2013. "Pokémon" is identical in both the singular and plural, as is each individual species name; it is grammatically correct to say "one Pokémon" and "many Pokémon", as well as "one Pikachu" and "many Pikachu".
9. Dragon Ball
Dragon Ball  is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama. It was originally serialized inWeekly Shōnen Jump from 1984 to 1995, with the 519 individual chapters published into 42 tankōbon volumes by ShueishaDragon Ball was inspired by the classical Chinese novel Journey to the West. The series follows the adventures of the protagonist, Son Goku, from his childhood through adulthood as he trains in martial arts and explores the world in search of the seven mystical orbs known as the Dragon Balls, which can summon a wish-granting dragon when gathered. Along his journey, Goku makes several friends and battles a wide variety of villains, many of whom also seek the Dragon Balls for their own desires.
8. DIGIMON
 is a Japanese media franchiseencompassing digital toys, animemangavideo games and videos. The franchise's eponymous creatures are monsters of various forms living in a "Digital Universe", a parallel universe that originated from Earth's various communication networks.
7. Saint Seiya

Saint Seiya began to be known in the West as Knights of the Zodiac after it became successful in France in 1988, where it was given the name ofLes Chevaliers du Zodiaque; this was also the first foreign release of the series. Both the original manga and the anime adaptation were very successful in Japan and several Asian, European and Latin American countries, including Hong KongSingaporeFranceItalySpainMexicoPeru,ArgentinaColombiaEcuadorChileBrazil and Dominican Republic; however, none of them were translated into English until 2003. Fouranimated feature films were even shown in Japanese theaters. The anime was cancelled and left unfinished in 1989, leaving one arc of the manga non-animated.However, in 2002, Toei Animation continued the anime in the form of three OVA series (the final one ended in 2008) in order to adapt the remaining manga story arcs, and following this revival of the franchise, a fifth film was screened in 2004.
6. Hunter X Hunter


 is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. The story focuses on a young boy named Gon, who discovers that his father, whom he was told was dead, is actually alive and well. He learns that his father, Ging, is a world-renowned Hunter: a licensed profession for those who specialize in fantastic pursuits such as locating rare or unidentified animal species, treasure hunting, surveying unexplored enclaves, or hunting down lawless individuals. Despite Ging having left his son with his relatives in order to pursue his own dreams, Gon departs upon a journey to follow in his father's footsteps, pass the rigorous Hunter Examination, and eventually find his father. Along the way, Gon meets various other kinds of Hunters and also encounters the paranormal. The original inspiration for the manga came from Togashi's own collecting hobby.


5. Detective Conan

is a Japanese detective manga series written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama. The series is serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday since January 19, 1994, and has been collected in 78 tankōbon volumes as of December 2012. Due to legal considerations with the name Detective Conan, the English language release was renamed Case Closed.The story follows the adventures of Jimmy Kudo, a prodigious young detective who was inadvertently transformed into a child after being poisoned.

 4. BLEACH

 is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tite KuboBleach follows the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki after he obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper  "Death God"
a death personification similar to the Grim Reaper from another Soul Reaper, Rukia Kuchiki. His newfound powers force him to take on the duties of defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife.
